For Artworks delivered in India
We have a very flexible and friendly 10-days return policy. We stick to our zero questions asked policy, and our staff will never ask you why you wish to return the artwork, when you have to. Customers must raise return request within 10 days post-delivery of the shipment. Please note we accept return requests only for unframed Artworks delivered in India (framed Artworks be it stretched frame or functional frame).
For Artworks delivered outside India
We do not accept return requests for Artworks delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clearer picture on what to expect, international customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email at email@example.com after you have placed the order with order details. Once the Artwork is about to be shipped, we will take high resulted photos and email you for your perusal. We will ship only when you approve. You can also raise a refund request at this stage if you find the completed Artwork is not matching up with your expectations provided it is not a custom Artwork.
Returns for Customized Artworks
Custom Sized Artworks do not qualify for free returns irrespective of whether it is unframed or ordered framed, delivered in India or outside India. However, customers can request additional images to be emailed before shipping to ensure better visibility of the outcome. Our artists will revise the Artwork if at all necessary, based on your inputs and until you are satisfied with the outcome.
If eligible for returns, you can raise return request in your Shine India Handicrafts account, or you can also drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the items you would like to return. Our support staff will provide required instructions. If you had paid online using cards / online banking - we will refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS - we will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for further processing the refunds.
For Lost / Damaged Shipments
In rare case of lost shipments, we will offer full refund irrespective of the delivery location or framing state. In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork or frames, we will offer refund amounts based on the condition of the same. Before making a return, ensure that you have reported the damaged product to Shine India Handicrafts support team and have received a return approval.
Damaged Shipment Returns can be done by following the below steps:
* In order to make a return, fill out the returns form included with the artwork package, explaining the reason, along with photos for the return.
* Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request form. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
* All returns should happen within 48 hours of delivery.
* Drop us an email at email@example.com mentioning the details and we would get back to you on the return procedure.
We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, Shine India Handicrafts holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not been notified to us within the above-mentioned stipulated time.
